Lakshya is a journey which started three years ago with a dream. As we moved on, people joined us and we grew as a family and as a team which kept on gaining momentum and marching ahead.

Lakshya, strives to provide ace quality education in the field of test preparation in various fields, at 12th as well as pre-10th levels. We heavily integrate technology into our teaching process and hence bring a differentiation as well as create a system-based organization which is not entirely teacher dependent. Through these and others practices we wish to bring an organized approach to this sector and innovate the way teaching has been delivered.

Our ability to understand the academic needs of students and being able to create the most relevant and effective service for them has been our USP and will remain to be so in the future. Our academic content development and teacher training systems are designed focusing on this approach. It is for this special attention towards students which shows in our finer details that students love us for.
Our strategy is our twin focus approach:
Pedagogy -> Instruction methodology based on "teacher + innovative digital content module".
Teacher delivers instruction using these modules.

Lakshya currently operates through three verticals –
1. One and two year IIT-JEE, AIEEE,AIIMS & PMT: Regular classroom instruction and Test series and distance correspondence education..
2. i- Class: Where we go on a contract with a school to train its own students.
3. Junior Wing: Regular classroom teaching for IX and X class.

In future Lakshya group will launch into other educational initiatives like Online learning, Awareness and counseling wing etc.

At Lakshya we believe that these competitive examinations are no one to tag a child successful or a failure. He should be able to dream, a dream of his liking and with proper awareness and skills he will be empowered to achieve his Lakshya. This is the bigger aim of ours.
